These are not just numbers, but the compound ministry that God Almighty has anointed and enabled His Prophet Apostle Ophir with.

Apostle Ophir was born to a pious couple in 1959 and accepted Christ as his personal savior at a tender age of 6 under the prayerful guidance of his mother. He was filled with the Holy Spirit when he turned 10 and baptised in waters at 15. In 1980 when Pastor Ophir was an employee at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), God urged him give up his job and serve Him fulltime. Obeying God’s command, Pastor Ophir began his ministry with half a rupee (less than $0.02). He faced much opposition from the non Christian religious fanatics often being beat, his bicycle and musical instruments being broken. Such incidents could not hamper his mission but strengthened him to experience God’s abundant grace as he continued steadfastly in the Lord.

Commissioned by the Lord to build a Church which is “the pillar and foundation of the truth” (1 Tim 3:15, NIV) and taught by the Lord to “correctly analyze and accurately divide the Word of Truth” (2 Tim 2:15, Amplified Bible) by employing correct methods of interpretation, Apostle Ophir is ready to teach and willing to learn. He exhorts everyone “to fight on for the faith which once and for all God has given to His people” (Jude 1:3, GNT). His wife Annie N Ophir, shares his vision and burden and is a great encouragement to all his endeavors.

Is God a Trinity?

The “Holy Trinity” and “the Triune God”—these words have caused much controversy and division among the Christians all over the world. Yet I have announced in the very title without any hesitation that God is a Trinity.

I made such a bold announcement because I am more than confident that I can prove beyond the scope of doubt that God really is a Trinity! I am aware that the Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t believe in a Triune God. Other denominations like the Unitarians and the Brenhamites (the followers of Brother William Brenham) too do not believe in the Holy Trinity.

The main objection of Islam toward Christianity is that the Christians believe in three Gods in the guise of the doctrine of Trinity. Islam maintains that God is one, and there is none besides him who is equal with him. Islam charges the Christians of believing a polytheistic doctrine about God.

Did God Create Satan?

Intelligent people can’t help questioning and trying to understand everything around them. Most of the common people just don’t bother to think of the cause of and solution to the problems in this world. But in every generation, there have been some who ask how disorder and strife in the world makes any sense!

What is the cause of all the injustice, disorder, and strife in this world? How did this world come into existence? Did this world come into existence just by chance or by a lengthy process of evolution as atheists believe? Or did some intelligent Creator create this world?

If an intelligent Creator made this world, what kind of a person is he? Is he good or bad? If he is good, is he powerful or weak? If he is good and powerful, why is he standing aside just as a spectator while so much injustice is going on without an end in every area and sphere of the society?

Or can we think he is not basically good? This goes against our common sense. Every person in the world, whether he or she is good or bad, inevitably admires and applauds only goodness! If even the bad people maintain that goodness alone is commendable then the first cause too must be good!

If there is a Creator who is infinitely powerful and absolutely good, why is he not setting things right immediately? Why is he allowing the innocent to suffer and the wicked to prosper?

Though the belief in an omnipotent God sometimes appears to be against common sense because of the disorder and injustice in this world, believing atheism is much more unreasonable and illogical! Dr. Oswald J. Smith, the great missionary statesman and founder of Peoples Church in Toronto, Canada, once said, “It requires more faith to be an atheist than to be a believer in God!” He said you have to believe in more absurdities and impossibilities as an atheist than what you would believe as a theist.

I have personally decided to believe in an Almighty God, who is self-existent and omnipotent. I don’t have the robust faith to believe that a unicellular organism that accidentally came into being could accidentally develop into many different species and with each species having a perfectly programmed genetic code in them, compelling them to reproduce a new generation of creatures in the likeness and form of their parents!

Any informed person who knows the intricacy of the genetic code in each species can’t be an honest atheist! The genetic code is so wonderfully programmed that it can never happen just by chance! One hundred oranges kept in a basket may fall on the ground by accident—but those oranges can’t be arranged into ten rows with ten oranges in each row accidentally!

Got my point? The perfect order in nature and the universe makes it difficult for me to believe that all the wonderful arrangement happened just by chance!

I am not judging or undermining the atheists. I agree that everyone has a right to believe and express his or her beliefs! Even I have a right to believe that God really exists, and I have a right to quote the Bible—“The fool says in his heart, ‘there no God’…” (Psalms 53:1).

I am a firm believer in God, and this book is written for those who have a similar faith. Those who don’t believe in God can quit reading this book, throw it aside, and walk away because they will not understand what I am saying here.

The questions we have faced so far: Why is there so much of suffering, injustice, crime, exploitation, inequality, division, hatred, and strife in this world? Why did God create such a disorderly world?

It is generally taught by Christian preachers that the world was perfect when God made it, but it was later corrupted due to some unfortunate incidents!

That doesn’t make any sense because if God is God, he must be omniscient, and omniscience includes the knowledge of the future. God must know the future, if he is God! He should have known beforehand that the world he is creating will soon be corrupted and would have stop creating it!

We can be a little considerate and agree that God had every right and authority to create the world in spite of the impending corruption of this world.

We will then be forced by our common sense to ask: Why is the “absolutely good God” not taking measures to set things right immediately? Why is he not restoring the world to perfection? What is stopping him from removing and rectifying the corruption immediately?

God Head

We believe in One God, eternally existent in three persons called Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe that this triune God is the creator and sustainer and ruler of the whole Universe.

Sin

We believe that there is no remission of sins without the shedding of sinless and holy blood according to Hebrews 9:22. And that this divine requirement was fulfilled by the Lord Jesus Christ on the cross.

Blood of Christ

We believe in the efficacy of the Blood of Jesus Christ to atone for the sins of the whole world. We believe that a person has to be born again, regenerated by the Holy Spirit and by the Word of the God in order to be saved from eternal hell.

About Holy Spirit

We believe that the anointing of the Holy Spirit is different from being regenerated by Holy Spirit. We believe that the Holy Spirit comes into the heart of the believer at the time of rebirth and He comes upon the believer at a later stage to give him power for a victorious and fruitful Christian life.

The Bible

We believe that the 66 books of the Protestant Bible are canonical and that they are the inspired word of God.

Baptism

We believe that water baptism is essential for salvation unless the believing person is incapable of being baptized. We believe that immersing the believer totally in the waters, after he repents from his sinful life, intelligently believes in the Gospel and receives the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior, is baptism. We believe that an infant baptism and sprinkling is no baptism at all.

Communion

We believe in the great commission entrusted to the Church as recorded in Mark 16:16 and Matt 25:18, 19 which involves preaching the Gospel, baptizing the believers and indoctrinating them.

Gifts of the Holy Spirit

We believe in the 9 gifts of the Holy Spirit which are still operating in the Church today. We believe that all the gifts of the Holy Spirit shall continue to operate in the body of the Christ until the day of the rapture.

Second Coming

We believe in the second coming of our Lord. We believe that the Lord will return to the mid air and receive His bride, the Church unto Himself and take her to the Father’s house.

Resurrections

We believe in two universal general resurrections. The first being the resurrection of the just and the second being the resurrection of the unjust and the unsaved. We believe that the resurrection occurring at the sounding of the last trumpet as mentioned in I Corinthians 15:52 is the first resurrection which is the resurrection of the saved. .

Because all Christian martyrs killed under the rule of antichrist will be resurrected in the first resurrection according to Revelations 20:4& 5. We believe that the Church will be on earth during the time of antichrist’s rule.

Rapture

Because of this observation we believe that the rapture of the Church will be in the middle of the 70th week of Daniel, amid the great tribulation. We believe that there will be no rapture until the completion of the first 3½ years of the great tribulation.

Offices of the Church

We believe that the Apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists and teachers are the special gifts of God for His Church and that these four or five offices shall continue to operate in the body of Christ till the Lord’s return.
